In order to apply please have a credit card on hand during registration.

After filling in the data you will be directed to PayPal to make your payment, after payment you will be redirected back to the registration completionpage. In case you do not receive online confirmation and /or a confirmation e-mail, this means your registration has not been successfully effective.
